Downham Market Academy A-levels results 2015
Downham Market Academy announced their A-level results with a 98% pass rate today, Thursday 13 August 2015.
The percentage of entries gaining A*-C was 62%.
Alison Hornby, Director of DMA Sixth Form, said: “I would like to say well done to all those students who achieved what they needed for their next steps in education. We know that around 70% of the cohort will be going on to university this year which represents a rise from last year.”
Principal Jon Ford said: “As we adjust our curriculum in to line with national accountability changes, we will work hard to improve these results faster than the national picture to ensure all our students achieve the best outcomes possible.”
Vice Principal Peter Salt added: “Well done to the students who achieved a string of top grades. We wish the many students who have gained entry to university all the best for their future studies.”
