PSC Register

With effect from 6 April 2016, all companies are required to maintain a register of ‘People with Significant Control’ (PSC) for purposes of transparency.

Eastern Multi-Academy Trust has the following People with Significant Control (PSC):

Derek Stringer (Member) - holds over 25% (but no more than 50%) of the voting rights - since 1/1/2025

Timothy Rounce (Member) - holds over 25% (but no more than 50%) of the voting rights - since 1/1/2025

John Williamson (Member) - holds over 25% (but no more than 50%) of the voting rights - since 1/1/2025
