Please ensure that you have followed stage 1 and stage 2 of the complaints policy process before contacting us, unless your complaint is against the Principal, a member of the central Trust, a governor or the Academy Council or member of the Trust Board or the Trust Board
We try to resolve concerns or complaints by informal means wherever possible. Where this is not possible, formal procedures will be followed.
