Rebecca is an experienced Executive Assistant and Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in education management within the secondary sector.

She started her journey in 2012 at Kings Lynn Academy, and was part of the £10.5m building project which took place there. Rebecca moved across to King Edward VII Academy when it academised in 2014 and took on the new challenge of Operations Manager, responsible for a Grade 2* listed building and site compliance.

She has a background in marketing and sales, and is a strong administrative professional. Rebecca joined the EMAT central team in September 2021 to support our CEO and drive for operational excellence.
